Deployment Fundamentals for Responders Traveling Away from Home is a self-paced video course that introduces disaster workers to the expectations and responsibilities of being a disaster worker and prepares them for what to expect before, during and after a disaster assignment. The course is specifically for workers traveling to a location, usually outside of their own region and staying in lodging for 2 weeks or more.
Video will be followed by Q&A with people from SEPA who have deployed to national DROs.
